Walk and Talk Therapy
In Fall 2023, I'll be launching walk-and-talk therapy services in San Antonio, Texas. Walk and Talk therapy provides a unique way to experience therapy that allows us to connect with nature while exploring thoughts and emotions. Walking side by side in the great outdoors can be a calming and peaceful experience, and research has shown that physical activity can have a positive impact on mental health.
During our walk and talk sessions, we will stroll through scenic trails, parks or other outdoor areas, providing a change of scenery from the traditional therapy setting. This approach is particularly beneficial for those who struggle to connect with traditional talk therapy settings, as the peaceful surroundings can help to create a sense of ease and openness.This environment can help lower stress levels, promote relaxation, and inspire creativity. Additionally, the physical activity can help increase endorphins, which can lead to an improved mood and increased energy levels.

Anger Management Groups (Online)
I am excited to offer online anger management groups starting in fall 2023. These groups provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can learn effective strategies for managing their anger. By participating in these online groups, clients have the opportunity to connect with others who are going through similar challenges, which can be a powerful source of support and encouragement. This format also provides an opportunity for members to learn from each other and gain new perspectives on managing anger, leading to improved coping skills and a greater sense of community. Participating in an online group offers the convenience of attending sessions from the comfort of your own home, making it easier for you to prioritize your mental health and well-being, which can also save you time and reduce stress.
